I am starting to learn about OER's [Open Education Resources], e-learning, Open Source and Free content.
The question for me is do I have something of value to offer? Can I use open source applications to build quality Mathematics learning resources, and then share them with others? I am aware that GeoSketchPad does not fit this ideal, and GeoGebra does. Should I spend time exploring the limits of GeoGebra? Do I have the time?..... More questions than answers.
